MODULCEASIN module

The structure comprises::

• Floor Frame: folded perimeter profiles in 2 mm galvanized steel sheet, DX51D quality, cold formed with transversal 2 mm belts.
• Roof Frame: folded perimeter profiles in 2 mm galvanized steel sheet, DX51D quality, cold formed, welded rectangular pipe transversal belts to support the profiled roof sheets.
• Pillars: folded profile made of 2 mm galvanized steel sheet in DX51D quality.
• Corner finish: Folded 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheets. Quality, DX51D.

The structure is coated in phosphochromate primer and finished with a coat of polyurethane resin based paint; dried in an isothermal booth.

The floor of the modules is finished in 19 mm waterproof chipboard with a non-slip Epoxi paint coating.

Any other finish can be applied on request.

0.6mm galvanized trapezoidal sheets. Gable rood that drains into gutter sections. Gable roof, thanks to the distribution of the roof frame bands, with gutters on the short side. This system ensures a watertight and elegant finish.

The walls are made of galvanized trapezoidal sheets.

Double door made of double sheet and coated in steel.

In this system, modules can be added longitudinally to increase capacity and space.
