Quality and Environment Policy

Since being established  MODULCEA, S.A.U has dedicated its effort at providing its modular building customers with high-value services, responding to their specific requirements in modular constructions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements applicable to our activity as Designers and Manufacturers of Modular Buildings and exceeding all environmental requirements within the organisation. Consequently, we consider the development of an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System based on UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 essential.

Customers must realise that modular buildings manufactured by MODULCEA are the result of a good working practices and a strict respect for the environment throughout all production phases, from design, to assembly and after-sales. To achieve this end, the Management is promoting a system that requires the enthusiasm and understanding of the entire workforce.

The Management, as the driving force involved in quality and environmental issues, supports and trains all the staff to preserve the system and to continue improving it.

Our work must be based on these fundamental pillars:

  • Technical and human capacity, based on the on-going training of our staff.
  • Rapid response, based on compliance with deadlines in the tender stage and in the production stage.
  • Developing modular products that require the use of fewer natural resources and lead to a reduction in pollution and the generation of waste products when compared to traditional construction methods. In addition, there is practically no impact on the site. All these features must be enhanced through good environmental practices.
  • Identification and ongoing assessment of environmental aspects, to achieve sustainable development.
  • Preventing pollution throughout all phases and in all departments.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements and any other requirements to which the organisation has subscribed related to the environmental issues identified.
  • Serious services that meets customers' expectations.
  • Provided cost of our products.

Our Quality and Environmental Policy provides a framework in which to establish and revise our environmental objectives and targets.

Our Quality and Environment Management System should allow us to gain and maintain satisfied customers now and in the future, in addition to being a competitive advantage over other companies in our sector.
